The first time I downloaded iPusnas was when I visited the national library. I felt this was a good app because it could be used to borrow books online from the collection at the national library but I realized that there were several things that could be improved about this app design. Therefore, I decided to do deeper research and make it into a case study.

Many users stated that the application interface was too old and difficult to use. The font size cannot be adjusted, the reading themes are limited, and the design styles makes the experience of using this application less satisfying.
